Introducing the New HFSV600 Spindle Valve – Certified Safety for High-Pressure Hydrogen Applications down to -40°C
We are proud to announce the successful TPED certification of the HFSV600 spindle valve. Engineered specifically for the demanding requirements of hydrogen applications up to 600 bar, the HFSV600 sets a new standard in safety, performance, and reliability. Building on the proven sealing technology of our HFKH series, we have implemented the same trusted sealing principle in the HFSV600.
Additionally, we have developed a flange connection to ensure enhanced performance under pressure.
With two independent sealing levels, the valve offers redundant safety—even in dynamic conditions ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
The spindle mechanism allows for controlled, slow opening, effectively minimizing pressure surges and ensuring stable operation in sensitive hydrogen systems. An adjustable, double-layer stem sealing system with high-performance seals and a robust flange design ensure leak-free operation even under extreme conditions.
Additional certifications include:
- TPED ISO 10297 – for hydrogen MEGCs and mobile applications
- ATEX II C (H₂), Ex-zone 1 and 2G – for use in hazardous environments
- Designed for low-emission hydrogen systems
